  1. 1 package(s) (12-ounce) cranberries , (about 3 cups) 1 medium onion , chopped 1 cup(s) chopped dried apricots

  3. 3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar

  4. 1/2 cup(s) chopped dates

  5. 1/2 cup(s) light corn syrup

  6. 1/2 cup(s) cider vinegar

  7. 1 tablespoon(s) grated orange peel

  8. 1 tablespoon(s) chopped crystallized ginger

  9. 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

  10. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients. Over medium-high heat, heat ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes until apricots are tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon chutney into bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 1/2 hours.
