  2. 2 cups Hungry Jack ® Complete Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)

  3. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  4. 2/3 cup water

  5. 2/3 cup Hungry Jack ® Butter Flavored Syrup

  6. Crisco ® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

  7. MAPLE-CINNAMON SYRUP

  8. 1 cup Hungry Jack ® Butter Flavored Syrup

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. HEAT skillet over medium heat or electric griddle to 325°F.

  2. COMBINE pancake mix and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir to distribute spice. Add water and syrup. Stir just until large lumps disappear. Spray skillet or griddle with no-stick cooking spray. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot pan or griddle. Cook about 2 minutes per side or until light golden brown.

  3. MIX syrup and cinnamon in a microwave safe cup. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 15 to 20 seconds or until warm. Stir. Serve warm with pancakes.
