  1. 3 cans of drained chickpea or white kidney beans

  2. 3 can albacore tuna in water (6 oz) drained

  3. 1 large tomato chopped or 20 cherry tomatoes halved

  4. 1 bunch of scallions , chopped

  5. sundried tomatoes slivered to taste

  6. 2 tbsp capers drained

  7. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  8. 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  9. salt & pepper to taste

  10. parmesan cheese sprinkled on top

  11. cook pasta (spagetti, elbow, or whatever one you prefer)(an 8 oz to 12 oz box)

  12. Drain and mix in with salad.
