  2. 1 (3- to 4-pound) chicken, cut into serving pieces and floured

  3. 3 tablespoons peanut oil

  4. 2 onions, peeled and chopped

  5. 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped

  6. 1 quart chicken bouillon

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  9. 1 pound okra

  10. 1 tablespoon flour, mixed with

  11. 1/4 cup water

  1. Brown chicken pieces in hot oil in stew pot.

  2. Add onions, tomatoes, bouillon, salt and cayenne.

  3. Simmer covered until chicken is tender.

  4. Wash okra. Snip off ends and cut into rounds.

  5. Add okra and simmer uncovered until tender.

  6. Thicken with flour.
