  2. 3/4 c. buckwheat flour

  3. 1 tsp baking powder

  4. 2 tsp sugar

  5. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  6. 1 c. milk

  7. 1 T oil

  8. 1 tsp vanilla

  9. 1 tsp cinnamon

  1. How to make it Blend the ingredients in the order given. Don't over-mix the batter. Preheat your frying pan or pancake griddle with some oil. Cook one side until air pockets start to show. Flip them over and cook another 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn them. Serve with real maple syrup.
