  1. Walleye:

  2. 4 boneless Walleye Fillets

  3. Margarine

  4. Egg /Milk Wash

  5. Ritz Cracker s, crumbled

  6. Lord Fletcher's Herb Butter Herb Butter:

  7. 1 stick each Butter and Margarine,melted

  8. 1 tsp. Shallot s, finely chopped

  9. 1 tsp. Dill

  10. 1 tsp. Chives

  11. 1 tsp. Red Pepper Mix

  12. 1 tsp. Garlic

  13. 1/2 tsp. White Pepper

  14. 1/2 tsp. Salt

  15. and: 1 tsp. each any other preferred spices ( oregano , basil, thyme, rosemary, etc.)

  1. Melt margarine in fry pan to 350 degrees... DO NOT use butter.

  2. Dip fillets into egg wash and then into Ritz Cracker crumbs.

  3. Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

  4. Drizzle with melted herb butter.
