  1. 2 lemons -- juice and grated -- pee

  2. 2 tablespoons capers -- chopped, finely

  3. 2 garlic cloves -- smashed

  4. 8 tablespoons bread crumbs salt pepper

  5. 1 egg

  6. 22 ounces fish filet oil for frying

  1. Preparation : 1. Sprinkle fish with the lemon juice.

  2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers, garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper.

  3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until coated very good.
