  1. 3 pounds beef or pork roast -- (up to 4)

  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 tablespoon sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon dry mustard

  5. 2 teaspoons salt

  6. 1 teaspoon pepper

  7. 2 teaspoons paprika

  8. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 cup ketchup

  11. 1 cup water

  12. 3-5 minutes. Pour over roast in roasting pan. Cook in

  13. 3 hours. Baste frequently. Shred roast after it has cooled. Serve with rolls or on noodles. The roast will just fall apart - juicy and tender.
