  1. 2 Mangoes - peeled, pitted,

  2. 2 cups 474ml Cantaloupe - peeled, seeded,

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced fresh mint

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Confectioners' sugar

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry white wine

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Plain yogurt

  8. Garnish

  9. Mint leaves - (small)

  10. Edible flowers if you can get them

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender and chill for a few hours. Pour into glass bowls, garnish, and serve.

  2. If you'd like to serve immediately, have the fruit already chilled in the refrigerator...and pop a couple ice cubes into the blender while pureeing.

  3. Serve cold to 4 to 6 people.
