  8. 5 radishes -- unpeeled trimmed

  10. 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar

  11. 1 tablespoon honey mustard

  12. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  13. 1 1/2 pounds slender green beans -- trimmed

  14. 4 cups mixed greens -- see

  15. 1 red onion -- thinly sliced

  16. 2 large radishes -- sliced paper-thin
