  2. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  3. 1/2 cup strawberry milk

  4. 1 cup lemon yogurt -- lowfat

  5. 3/4 cup whole milk

  6. reddi-whip real whipped cream

  1. Combine all ingredients except Reddi-Whip in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a large glass. Top with a generous amount of Reddi-Whip. Makes 2 10-ounce glasses.

  2. *May substitute strawberries or other seasonal berries for raspberries.
