  1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  2. 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  3. 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  4. 1/2 cup butter -- melted

  5. 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

  6. 7 ounces flaked coconut

  7. 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

  8. 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter garnish: chopped peanuts

  1. Preparation : Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer. Garnish, if desired. Cool and cut into bars. From The Austin American Statesman...typed by jessann :)
