  1. Soak green onions, ginger and red chili in cold drinking water and set aside. Arrange bean curd on a serving plate. Cut a slit on the back of fish and put fish on bean curd. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and steam for about 15 minutes or until done. [The time depends on the size of fish.]

  2. Drain green onions, ginger and red chili. Put on top of fish. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Cover the fish and keep for 10 seconds. Serve at once.
