  3. 1/2 cup sour cream

  4. 1/4 cup chives , finely chopped

  5. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  6. 3 eggs , separated

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Add potatoes, cheese, sour cream, chives and salt to mixing bowl and combine Beat egg yolks and stir into potato mixture Beat egg whites with beater until stiff peaks form Fold into potato mixture Put in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean Sprinkle with chives before serving
