  1. 1 Campbell's cream of chicken soup - - (10 3/4 oz)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Pace chunky salsa or picante sauce

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Whole kernel corn

  5. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Uncooked regular long-grain white rice

  6. 4 Boneless chicken breast halves

  7. Paprika - to taste

  8. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Shredded Cheddar cheese

  1. Mix soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cover.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
