  2. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  3. 1/2 stick butter

  4. 4 TBL butter

  5. 1 can ea: diced tomato , tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken stock

  6. 2 bay leaves, oregano , thyme, pepper, salt handful fresh basil , chopped sour cream, parm cheese, milk, cream

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add flour and whisk into a roux. Add liquids and tomatoes, seasoning and heat until boil. Reduce to simmer and add basil & dairy, if desired. Puree into desired consistency. Top with parmesan cheese and serve with biscuits.
