  1. 16 ounces frozen spinach

  2. 8 ounces cream of mushroom soup

  3. 2 cups mild cheddar cheese

  4. 1 cup Minute Rice

  5. 1/4 cup butter

  1. Cook frozen spinach in a pot of water until it starts to boil.

  2. Drain spinach and put in a round casserole dish.

  3. Add the other ingredients and mix well.

  4. Bake in the oven on 350 until the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy. ?
