  2. SAUTEED RADISH & ARUGULA

  7. 8 Easter Egg radishes

  8. 2 c Arugula leaves

  9. Melt butter in a saute pan, add radishes and cook over

  10. medium heat about 4 minutes. Transfer cooked radishes

  11. to a bowl. Add arugula to the skillet and saute 3

  12. minutes, until wilted. Return the radishes and toss

  13. together with the arugula, heat briefly. Serve hot.
