  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - minced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic - minced

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Parsley - chopped

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  9. 1 Egg - beaten

  10. 4 cups 584g / 20oz White bread - chopped

  11. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Breadcrumbs

  12. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Crawfish tails - chopped

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan; add flour and stir over heat until light brown.

  2. Add onion and garlic; saute.

  3. Remove from heat; add parsley, seasonings, egg, chopped bread and crawfish tails and stir until mixed.
