  1. 2 cups/500 mL skim milk

  2. 1 tbsp/15 mL white sugar

  3. 2 cups strong, freshly brewed coffee or espresso

  4. Purest Ground

  5. Cinnamon 6 oz.

  6. or grated chocolate

  1. Heat milk in microwave or over medium heat until hot. Place in blender container along with sugar. Cover with a vented lid and blend until frothy, 1 minute. To serve, divide coffee among 4 cups. Top with frothy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate.
