  3. 8 tablespoons half fat soured cream

  4. 1 green chilli, minced

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced

  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

  7. 1 teaspoon chilli powder

  8. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  9. 1 tablespoon salt

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the beans with a fork. Combine with remaining ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla crisps.
