  1. 1 whole chicken breast skinned & deboned cut into 2 chicken thigh?s skinned & deboned cut into 1/2 inch cubes

  2. 6 oz. cashew?s

  3. 1/4 pound broccoli

  4. 1/4 pound snow pea pod?s

  5. 1/4 pound mushroom?s cut into small piece?s

  6. 1 green bell pepper cut into thin strip?s

  7. 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strip?s

  8. 1 small onion cut into small piece?s

  9. 1 clove garlic crushed

  10. 3 Tbs. hoisin sauce

  11. 2 Tbs. corn starch to be mixed with

  12. 3 Tbs. water

  13. 3 Tbs. peanut oil to cook cashew?s & chicken

  14. 1 Tbs. peanut oil to cook vegie?s in.To add to oil after cooking chicken

  15. Cooking method

  16. Heat wok med. high heat. Pour oil around side?s. Drop nut?s into wok stir fry tell

  17. golden brown.

  18. Then remove and place on plate.

  19. Salt & pepper chicken to taste.

  20. Set heat on high.

  21. Put garlic into wok stir fry 5 sec. Then place chicken into wok.

  22. Stir fry tell chicken is done about 6 min?s. Then remove. Place on plate with nut?s.

  23. Set aside.

  24. Add remaining oil to wok.

  25. Add veggie?s. Stir fry tell crisp & tender.

  26. Add hoisin sauce.

  27. Put chicken and nut?s back iin.

  28. Add corn starch and water mixture. Stir till thick

  29. Serve over rice.

  30. You may want to tweak some of the ingredient's to suit your taste.
