  1. 1 pound bulk Italian sausage

  2. 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

  3. 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  4. 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

  5. 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce

  6. 2/3 cup picante sauce

  7. 1/3 to 1/2 cup water

  8. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  1. In a large saucepan, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
