  2. 90 g 90 g Roasted barbecue pork/Char Siu

  6. Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 1 tbsp Water

  8. 4 tbsp Corn starch

  9. 1/2 tsp Sugar

  10. 1/2 tsp

  1. Stir-fry bean sprouts and 1/2 tsp salt in 1 tbsp oil. Add barbecued pork, Chinese mushrooms and shrimps. Stir-fry until cooked. Stir in yellow chives at last.

  2. Mix bean sprouts, barbecued pork, Chinese mushrooms, yellow chives, shrimps and seasoning mix with beaten eggs.

  3. Heat oil and pan-fry egg mixture until both sides are golden yellow. Put on a serving plate.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Heat through the sauce and pour over eggs. Garnish with shredded green onion.

  5. Note : Chinese mushrooms can be replaced by button mushrooms.
