  1. 6 lbs 2724g / 96oz Fully-cooked ham, butt half

  2. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry red wine

  4. 4 teaspoons 20ml Orange rind - grated

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Allspice

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cloves

  1. Cut rind from ham. Place ham on trivet in removable liner. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on AUTO for 5 hours, LOW 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours.

  2. Remove ham and take out trivet; return ham to liner. Cover and cook on HIGH 20 to 30 minutes.
