  1. 1 1/2lbs venison.(stew meat or buffalo).

  2. 1 large onion chopped.

  3. 1 cup carrots chopped.

  4. 1 cup parsnips chopped.

  5. 2 stalks clery chooped.

  6. 6 new potatos

  7. 1/2ed

  8. 1/3 cloves garlic.finely diced.

  9. 1 pkg liptons onion soup mix.

  10. 2 cans beef broth.

  11. 2 pkgs Mc,cormicks beef grave mix.for thicking.

  12. 1 bottle dark beer

  1. in a large dutch oven(i use a cast iron oven)or a crock pot place venison meat (stew meat or buffalo)onion,carrots,parsnips,& celery,garlic.in a pan heat i can of beef broth. mix 1 pkg soup mix & 1 pkg beef grave mix. stir till desolved. pour over meet and veges. add potatos and 1pkg beef grave mix.add beer & cook on high for 6=7 hours,or low for9-10 hours.serve with hot rolls , bread,or tex-tost.
