  1. 1 c Butter or margarine,

  2. 1 pk (3 ounces) cream cheese,

  3. -softened

  4. 1 c Sugar

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1 ts Grated lemon peel

  7. 1 tb Lemon juice

  8. 1/2 c Flour

  9. 1 ts Baking powder

  1. Cream butter, cheese and sugar until fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cover, chill 1 hour.

  2. Heat oven to 375. Fill cookie press with 1/4 of dough at a time; form desired shapes on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown on edges. About 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
