  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Garlic - minced

  4. 2 cups 474ml Tomato sauce

  5. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Cumin - ground

  6. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Chili powder

  7. 1 Bay leaf

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cocoa powder - unsweetened

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  11. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Oregano - dried

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vinegar - white

  13. 1 Kidney beans;

  14. 19 oz - drained Cooked spaghetti - or other

  1. Recipe Instructions onions;yellow -- minced butter cheddar -- grated Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
