  2. 1/3 cup fresh lime juice

  3. 2 tablespoons honey

  4. 4 garlic cloves -- peeled, ends

  5. - removed and garlic chopped

  6. 1 small fresh serrano or - jalapeno pepper -- washed

  7. - cored -- seeded and minced

  8. 1 chipotle pepper in adobo

  9. - sauce

  10. 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

  11. 1 tablespoon minced cilantro

  12. 4 boneless -- skinless chicken

  13. - breasts -- washed and patted

  14. - dry

  1. Prepare charcoal grill.

  2. In a food processor or blender, puree lime juice, honey, garlic, serrano, chipolte in adobo sauce and cornstarch.

  3. Transfer mixture to a medium sized sauce pan and boil until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Stir in cilantro.

  4. Brush breasts lightly with glaze.

  5. Grill 4 minutes each side, turning once. Just before removing from the grill, baste chicken with the remaining glaze.

  6. Remove from grill and serve.
