    1. 2 c Flour

    2. 1 ts Baking Powder

    3. 1 ts Baking Soda

    4. 1/2ts Salt

    5. 1 1/2c Chocolate Chips

    6. 1/2c Butter,soft

    7. 1 c Sugar

    8. 3 Eggs

    9. 1 c Sour Cream TOPPING:

    10. 1 tb Flour

    11. 1/2c Brown Sugar

    12. 2 tb Soft Butter

    13. 1/2c Chopped Nuts

    14. 1/2c Chocolate Chips

    1. + Directions : Mix all dry ingridients together; cream butter and sugar and eggs until nice and creamy. Alternate flour and sour cream. Beat well! Fold in chips. Pour into 13x9 inch greased pan. Mix ingriedients for topping until it is soft streusels. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degress F for 45-50 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 two inch squares.
