  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Lean ground beef

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Oregano

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Basil

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Seasoned salt

  6. 1 Dry onion soup mix

  7. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated Parmesan cheese

  8. 3 cups 711ml Boiling water

  9. 1 Tomato sauce - (8 oz)

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  11. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - sliced

  12. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Carrots - sliced

  13. 1 cup 237ml Macaroni - cooked, drained

  1. Crumble uncooked hamburger into slow cooker. Add pepper, oregano, basil, seasoned salt, onion soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce; then add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

  2. Turn control to HIGH and add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
