  1. 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix

  2. 3 eggs

  3. 1 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage

  4. 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans (but I like pistachios)

  5. 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  6. 2 (1 1/2 ounce) envelopes dry whipped dessert topping mix

  7. 1 1/2 cups cold milk

  8. 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

  9. 1/2 cup coconut

  10. 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans or 1/2 cup pistachios

  1. Cake: Mix all of the cake ingredients together.

  2. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

  4. Icing: Beat first three ingredients together.

  5. Spread on top of cake.

  6. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
