  1. (Crust): 1/3 c Butter

  2. 1/3 c Brown sugar

  3. 1 c Whole wheat flour

  4. 1/2 c Chopped walnuts OR-

  5. -sesame seeds OR - -sunflower seeds (Filling): 1/4 c Honey

  6. 8 oz Cream cheese, softened

  7. 1 Egg

  8. 2 tb Milk

  9. 1 tb Lemon juice

  10. 1 lemon

  11. 1/2 ts Vanilla

  12. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  13. (Topping): Reserved crumb mixture Sliced fruit (apples, pears, -peaches, etc.) OR nuts

  14. 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping. Press remaining crumbs into an

  15. 8 inch square baking dish that has been lightly oiled. Bake at

  16. 12-15 minutes. Beat filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the prepared crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Add fruit or nuts over top and bake at

  17. 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Cool and then refrigerate. Cut into 2 inch
