  2. 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

  3. pepper -- to taste

  4. paprika -- to taste

  5. 1 20 oz can unsweetened pineapple tid bits -- drained

  6. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  7. soy sauce

  8. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  1. Arrange chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours. Makes 6 servings.
