  1. Microwave butter until it is completely melted 2.Mix graham cracker and melted butter together.

  2. Spread the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of a 7 inch round cake pan and place it in the refrigerator until it is cool. ~Strawberry sauce 4.In a small bowl, add gelatin to water for several minutes until it is completely dissolved.

  3. Heat strawberry puree hot but not boiling and add granulated sugar, lemon juice and stir gently until completely dissolved.

  4. Add gelatin to the strawberry sauce and stir until completely melted.

  5. Place the sauce pan into a bowl with water and ice until the sauce thickens. ~Cheesecake 8.In a small bowl add gelatin into the water for a few minutes until it is dissolved.

  6. In a mixing bowl whisk cream cheese until softened and add granulated sugar and yogurt. Stir until completely mixed.

  7. .Heat 50cc of heavy whipping cream until hot but not boiling. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

  8. .Add all the whipping cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir.

  9. .Place the cream cheese mixture into a mixer and mix until it is a smooth texture.

  10. .Put the cream cheese mixture through fine sieve.

  11. .Pour the one third of cream cheese mixture into the cake pan with graham cracker at the bottom.

  12. .Drip strawberry sauce onto the cheesecake in concentric circles and using a toothpick create a marble pattern by drawing the toothpick gently through the circles.

  13. .Repeat Step 14 and Step 15 twice.

  14. .Place the cake in the refrigerator until it is set.

  15. .Decorate with strawberries as you like!
