  2. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika

  3. 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) kosher salt

  5. 1 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano

  8. 1 teaspoon(s) thyme

  9. 1/4 cup(s) olive oil

  10. 3 pound(s) sirloin rib roast

  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, kosher salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme. Stir in the olive oil, and allow the mixture to sit about 15 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  3. Place the roast on the prepared baking sheet, and cover on all sides with the spice mixture.

  4. Roast 1 hour in the preheated oven, or to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
