  2. 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour

  3. 3 teaspoon baking powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon Beaumonde seasoning

  5. 3 egg yolks ,beaten

  6. 1-3/4 Cup milk

  7. 1/4 Cup cooking oil

  8. 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley ,snipped

  9. 1 Tablespoon Fresh chives ,snipped

  10. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  11. 1 Cup cheddar cheese ,shredded

  12. 8 Slices bacon ,crisp-cooked,drained and crumbled

  13. 3 egg whites ,stiff-beaten Thin Slices of fresh tomatoes

  14. 6 Poached eggs

  1. How to make it In bowl,mix together dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks,milk,oil,parsley,chives,and worcestershire. Add dry ingredients,mix well. Stir in cheese and bacon. Fold in egg whites. Bake the batter in a preheated waffle baker. Top each with fresh tomatoe slices and poached egg. Makes 6 servings
