  1. FILLING

  2. 8 oz Cream cheese (1 big packet)

  3. 3-4 slices chedar

  4. 3 oz (approx) Quesadilla cheese (mexican white cheese)

  5. 1 can condensed milk

  6. 1 can evaporated milk

  7. 3 egg s

  8. Blackberry or Raspberry preserve to swirl CRUST (for one pie)

  9. 9"-pre-made graham cracker pie crust

  10. or make the crust with

  11. 13 Graham cracker s

  12. 1/3 C melted butter HALF

  13. 4 oz cream cheese

  14. 3-4 oz sharp chedar

  15. 1/2 can condensed milk

  16. 1/2 can evaporated milk

  17. 1/2 lime 's juice (less than 1/2 if it is a big lime)

  18. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  19. 1 egg

  20. 1 yolk

  21. process is the same, makes only one 9" pie

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Pour in the cracker-crusted molds. Makes 2 9’’ molds, the small ones.

  2. Decorate with the fruit preserve and bake at 350° F until it sets.

  3. - 60 min.

  4. If you pipe the preserve it is better if it is seedless. Otherwise the seeds give it a more authentic taste of fruit!!!
