  2. 100g Quorn soya pieces

  3. 400g Red Kidney beans

  4. 50g Spaghetti pasta

  5. 1 Garlic clove

  6. 1 Parsnip

  7. 3 Carrots

  8. 1 Green sweet pepper

  9. 2 Tomatoes

  10. 1 De-seeded chili

  11. 1 tsp vinegar

  12. 1 tsp olive oil

  13. 1/4 Mustard seeds

  14. 1/2 tsp Turmeric

  15. 1/2 tsp paprika

  16. Blend 2 tomatoes with paprika, mustard

  17. seeds, turmeric, vinegar and de-seeded chili.

  18. Wash, peel and finely chop all

  19. vegetables (except kidney beans).

  20. Stir fry chopped vegetables and quorn

  21. pieces with olive oil for 30 seconds on high heat.

  22. Pour tomato sauce and add 500 ml

  23. water. Stir for 2 minutes.

  24. Add spaghetti and kidney beans, allow

  25. to simmer for 15 minutes.

  26. Stir regularly, add another 100 ml

  27. water if necessary.
