  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. Dondakayya : 1 kg

  3. Salt

  4. Red Chilli Powder : 3 tsp

  5. Curry Leaves : 1 feastful

  6. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp

  7. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp

  8. Oil.

  9. Onions : 2 medium size.

  10. DIRECTIONS:

  11. 2-3 mm thickness. Boil them in pressure cooker for 15 minutes. (note without water you should boil it.)

  12. Then take oil in kadayi and heat it on low flame. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds and mustrd seeds. Fry chopped onions in it till onions begin to boil. Put dondakaya and fry in it deeply for 1/2 hour and put some turmeric powder in it.And chilli powder and fry in it. Later serve it.
