  1. 2 1/2 pounds lamb chops

  2. 2 garlic cloves

  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  4. 2 teaspoons ground marjoram

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Trim fat from meat. Rub lamb chops with cut garlic cloves. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with marjoram and pepper. Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5-inches from the heat for 5 minutes, or until done.
