  3. 1 cup fresh fenugreek -- (methi) leaves

  4. 1 pinch baking soda

  5. 1 piece ginger -- (1 inch)

  6. 1 onion -- chopped

  7. 3 green chiles -- chopped

  8. 100 gram paneer -- (cottage cheese),

  9. -- sliced 3 teaspoons oil

  10. salt -- to taste

  1. Cottage Cheese in Spinach-Fenugreek Gravy.

  2. Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes1. Chop the spinach and fenugreek leaves finely.

  3. Add 2 teaspoons of water and the baking soda and cook on a slow flame until soft.

  4. When cooked, drain out the water and blend the leaves in a blender.

  5. Chop the ginger finely.

  6. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1 minute.

  7. Add the green chiles and ginger and fry again for a few seconds.

  8. Add the blended leaves, paneer and salt. Serve Hot.
