  2. 500 grams cream cheese -- softened

  3. 8 med-large radishes

  4. 1 large carrot

  5. 1 small onion

  6. 1 green pepper

  7. 1 clove garlic

  8. salt and pepper to taste

  9. milk

  1. Grate or chop finely all the vegetables (I use a food processor) andadd to the softened cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and milk to desired consistency.

  2. Refrigerate overnight and serve with potato chips, crackers, as a vegetable dip, etc.

  3. Difficulty : very easy. Precision : no need to measure.
