  1. 16 oz Pumpkin

  2. 1/4 c Water

  3. 3 Eggs

  4. 1 pk Yellow cake mix

  5. 4 ts Grated orange peel, dried

  6. 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice

  7. 1 c Walnuts, chopped

  8. CINNAMON CHREAM CHEESE ...FROSTING 3 oz Cream cheese, softened

  9. 1/3 c Butter, softened

  10. 4 c Powdered sugar (1-lb)

  11. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  12. 3/4 ts Cinnamon

  13. 2 tb Milk

  14. 1. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans; set aside. In large mixer

  15. 5 minutes. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake in

  16. 350* oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 28-33 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove cake layers from pans, cool completely on wire rack. Place on cake layer on serving plate; spread with half of Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting. Place second cake layer on top of first; spread with remaining frosting. GArnish with additional chopped walnuts, if desired.
