  1. 6 to 10 ears corn

  2. 1 onion, chopped

  3. 1 small clove garlic, minced

  4. 1/3 cup oil

  5. 1/2 can (4 ounces) tomato sauce

  6. 1 Tablespoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  8. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

  9. 1 bell pepper, chopped

  1. Preparation: Cut corn off of the cob. Put corn in a medium-size pot. Add onion, garlic , oil, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and bell pepper. Cook all together on medium to low heat for 1 hour. Add water as needed to avoid burning. When done, serve.
