  1. 1 lbs ground beef or sausage

  2. 1 jar of your favorite tomato pasta sauce

  3. 1 zucchini

  4. 1 red or yellow bell pepper

  5. 10 small white mushroom s

  6. 1/2 t. oregano

  7. 1/2 t. basil

  8. 1/2 t. white pepper

  9. 1/2 t. parsley

  10. 1/2 t. thyme

  11. 1/2 t. chili powder

  12. 1/2 t. salt

  13. 1/4 t. cayenne

  14. 1.4 t. dill

  15. 4 T. Olive oil

  16. 2 gloves crushed garlic

  17. 1 can stewed tomato es

  18. 1/2 package of whole wheat spaghetti

  1. Place meat into large bowl. Add pasta sauce olive oil and all herbs. Mix well with hands. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minuets. Meanwhile slice zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms into bite size pieces. Start to cook the veggies over low heat. When they are about half way done, move to the out side of the skillet. Cook meat in the center of skillet for 5-8 minuets. Mix veggies and meat together, add a little olive oil if the mixture is dry. Or you can add a can of stewed tomatoes if you’d like. Cook until brown. Pour over cooked pasta and enjoy.
