  1. buttermilk 4 cups

  2. tuvardal 2tsps

  3. raw rice 2tsps

  4. hing a small piece

  5. tumeric 1/2 tsp

  6. ghee 1 tsp

  7. oil 1 tsp

  8. urad dal 1/2 tsp

  9. curry leaves

  10. dried chillies 2-3

  11. mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  1. Fry the tuvardal, rice and hing in little oil and grind fine in the mixie and mix with the buttermilk. Add half tsp of turmeric powder and required amount of salt to the mixture.

  2. Take a pan with a tsp of ghee and a tsp of oil and when it is hot season with half tsp of mustard seeds, and half tsp of urad dal. Add 2 or 3 dried chillies , and few curry leaves and pour this to the buttermilk mixture. Leave this on the stove just for 2 minutes. Tasty buttermilk curry is ready!
