  2. Sweet and Sour Lamb Chops

  7. 2 cups onions -- thinly sliced

  8. 4 tablespoons butter

  9. 1/2 cup cream de menthe

  10. 1/2 cup cider or red wine vinegar

  11. 2 tablespoons sugar

  12. 1 cup beef broth

  13. 4 teaspoons lemon juice

  14. 1 teaspoon rosemary

  15. 6 lamb chops, -- depending on size

  16. 2 to 3 hours. Add creme de menthe, vinager, sugar and lemon juice; Stir and cook until mixture looks syrupy, about half an hour. Stir in beef broth and rosemary and simmer on low for 4 hours.
