    1. First, you need to rinse the chicken. Pat it dry. Take a shallow dish to place the chicken. A zip-top freezer bag can be another option. Now, pour barbecue sauce over the chicken. Blend this well together so that it coats evenly. Once done, cover and refrigerate it for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

    2. Next, remove the chicken from the bag or the shallow dish, but ensure that you preserve the marinade. Sprinkle all the herbs over the chicken. Also add sea salt and pepper to taste. Place it on the grill, skin side down. Grill the chicken on medium to low heat, uncovered for about 5 minutes. Baste it with sauce. Once it turns crispy, turn it over again. You need to cook it for an additional 5 minutes. After that, cover it with a grill lid and allow it to cook for another 15 minutes. Keep turning the chicken over and also repeat the basting. Grill it covered for an additional 15 minutes, if required, till it is cooked thoroughly.

    3. Once done, remove the chicken and place it aside for 5 minutes. While serving, discard the marinade and separate the meat from the bones. This delicious chicken can be served with salsa fresca or even guacamole. If you do not have these ingredients, serve it with barbeque sauce!

    4. Barbeque Burger Recipe Ingredients Ground beef (1- ½ pounds)

    5. Onion - cut into thick slices (1)

    6. Olive oil (1 to 2 tablespoons)

    7. Kaiser or bread rolls - split (6)

    8. Barbecue sauce - divided (1/3 cup)

    9. Tomatoes - cut into slices (1 to 2)

    10. Green/red leaf lettuce (6 leaves)

    11. Preparation You first need to prepare the grill for the direct grilling process. Next, place the ground beef in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce over it. Once done, shape it into thick patties, around 6 in number and place them on the grill over medium heat. Keep it covered for around 8 minutes and keep turning it around, basting it with barbecue sauce.

    12. In the meantime, brush the onion and tomato slices with oil and place on the cooking grid. You need to grill these slices for 2-3 minutes. Before serving, grill the rolls lightly. Place the patties on the rolls with tomatoes, lettuce and onions, and serve.
