  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  4. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Chopped onion

  5. 2 cups 474ml Milk

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Sherry Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain clams. Cook onion in butter. Add potatoes and clam juice and cook until tender. Add clams and milk. Heat and season. Do not boil. This recipe yields 4 servings.
